Beginning May 2, 2024, the Division of Consumer Protection will begin accepting online applications for Lawyer Referral Consultants.

All online applicants must have a UtahID to access our application system. Instructions for creating a UtahID account can be found here: https://dts.utah.gov/idhelp/

Once applicants have created a UtahID, they can begin the online application process at https://utahdoc.mylicenseone.com/.
