- Initial Applications: Non-refundable $200.00 registration fee + $20.00 BCI background check processing fee
- Renewal Applications: Non-refundable $200.00 registration fee
Required Documents
- Exhibit A: The Notice to be Displayed in Immigration Consultant’s Office
- Exhibit B: The Written Disclosure Provided to the Immigration Consultant’s Clients
- Exhibit C: The Contract
- A fingerprint card with the required fields fully filled out.
- A Surety Bond in the amount of $50,000 on the approved Division form.
