Stop the Calls

If you have received an automated telemarketing call regarding a car warranty or credit card service and would like to file a complaint with us, please fill out the information that is requested below.  We will take your information and do what we can to investigate and prosecute.  Due to the volume of complaints that we are receiving regarding these types of complaints, we regret that we will not be able to respond back to you.

In addition to providing us with this information, you may also want to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission by visiting www.ftc.gov.  You may also want to add your name to the National Do-Not-Call Registry.  You can do this by visiting the Federal Trade Commission at www.donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222.
